The members of our Association work in Canada´s largest industry and built the world we walk, work, play and live in on this paradise on earth we call The Island. Hospitals, malls, office towers, multi residential complexes are a sampling of the kinds of structures our members build.
PWAC
Professional Writers Victoria, formed in 1980 from a nucleus of people writing primarily for magazines and newspapers, as well as the "periodicals". Periodical writing remains important but our scope has expanded widely. Today, our membership includes successful writers of books, plays, reports, travellogues, scripts, speeches, web pages, and more.
PEA
The Professional Employees Association is a union of and for professional employees. Every PEA bargaining unit consists entirely or predominantly of professionals -- people whose work responsibilities typically require that they have earned at least one university degree.
