Back in October 1972, a committee of HAMS, formed the Burlington Amateur Radio Club.

Burlington Chess Club
The Burlington Chess Club meets at 7:30pm on Wednesday nights at the Royal Botanical Gardens.

Burlington Fine Arts Association
Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month - 7:30pm., ( July & August excepted). The programs are informative and enjoyable, providing an opportunity to socialize with other people interested in Art. Public Welcome.

Burlington Horticultural Society
We are a volunteer, non-profit, registered charitable organization whose mission is to beautify the Burlington community.

Burlington Jaycees
Jaycees run different projects throughout the year that help both the community and themselves. Some of our ongoing projects include The Magic Circus Show for the Less Fortunate, The Tansley Woods Fun Fair/Jaycees Carnival and Santa for a Day.

Burlington Potters' Guild
The Potters' Guild provides an opportunity for those interested in working with clay to meet, exchange ideas and work together.

Burlington Radio Control Modellers
The Burlington Radio Control Modellers is a group of approximately 160 members that share a common interest in flying model aircraft.

Burloak Canoe Club
Burloak is a nationally and locally recognized amateur sport institution. Burloak's members have won medals in Olympic, world and Canadian competitions.

Field and Stream Rescue Team
A community based non-profit organization focused on rehabilitating stream corridors and wildlife habitat to increase biodiversity.

Latow Photographers Guild
To provide an opportunity for photographers to meet and exchange ideas and information.

Society for Animal Aid Inc.
Animal Aid is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping stray and abandoned animals in Burlington. Over the years, Animal Aid's membership has grown and now includes 400 active volunteers.

The Burlington Runners Club
The Burlington Runners Club is an organization for runners of all levels of ability. It was founded in 1973 by local citizens who shared an interest in the sport of running.
